By accessing or using TinyCRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TinyCRM is a lightweight customer engagement platform that allows you to track user events, create automated email workflows, and manage customer data for your web applications. The Service includes the TinyCRM dashboard, API, and JavaScript SDK.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited emails.
• Track users without appropriate consent or legal basis.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API in a way that degrades the service for others.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to TinyCRM. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the data you collect from your end users. You must have appropriate legal bases (such as consent or legitimate interest) for collecting and processing personal data through TinyCRM.

Email Sending

When you use TinyCRM to send automated emails, you are responsible for:

• Complying with applicable email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Ensuring recipients have opted in to receive communications.
• The content of your emails.

We reserve the right to suspend email sending for accounts that generate excessive bounces, complaints, or spam reports.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
