TinyCRM is a lightweight customer engagement platform that allows you to track user events, create automated email workflows, and manage customer data for your web applications. The Service includes the TinyCRM dashboard, API, and JavaScript SDK.

You are responsible for the data you collect from your end users. You must have appropriate legal bases (such as consent or legitimate interest) for collecting and processing personal data through TinyCRM.
When you use TinyCRM to send automated emails, you are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend email sending for accounts that generate excessive bounces, complaints, or spam reports.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
