TinyCRM ("we", "us", "our") is a subscription-based SaaS product that provides event-based customer email automation for small SaaS businesses. We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work, when you may be eligible, and how to request one.
TinyCRM is sold as a digital subscription service. You can choose monthly or annual billing. Payments are charged automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
Billing and refunds are handled by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, you enter into a transaction with Paddle, and any refund requests are processed through their systems in line with their buyer terms.
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund for the current or any past billing period. If you want your money back for a charge you have already paid, you must submit a refund request as described below.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal datefor that charge. This applies to your first subscription payment and to any subsequent renewal you wish to dispute.
To be eligible, you must contact us within the 14-day window and provide the email address associated with your TinyCRM account (and, if helpful, the approximate date of the charge). We will review your request and, if it meets these terms, we will process the refund via Paddle.
Once we approve your refund, it will be processed through Paddle to the original payment method you used (e.g. the same card or PayPal account). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We generally cannot issue refunds in these cases:
If your situation is exceptional (e.g. duplicate charge, failed service), contact us and we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
